For fun, a collection of 3 illustrated postcards show the different facets of the territory. For 2022, three themes have been selected:
Candes-Saint-Martin, one of the most beautiful villages in France, listed as a world heritage site by UNESCO, a beautiful illustration of the heritage of Candes and the confluence of the Vienne and the Loire where it is located.
The Art of living will delight the gourmets. It lists local specialties, winegrower's pie, fouaces and other foués, without forgetting the wines of Chinon, nice conviviality around a traditional buffet.
Sports fans will appreciate the map dedicated to this theme which lists the various sports activities available in the area, including cycling and hiking, horseback riding and swimming.
Free postcards are available at the Chinon tourist office or at the community of communes in Avoine. Send them to your friends to make them want to visit the Chinon area!
