In the former dining of the diocesan seminar, site of the medieval abbey of the Rule, the Cité des Métiers et des Arts invites you to discover the fascinating history of the guild, its customs and traditions. This place laden with history has been rehabilitated by the Companions themselves and the naked museum is the witness of a millennium know-how. It presents on the ground floor and on the mezzanine a permanent exhibition of masterpieces of the Companions and Best Workers of France. On-site documentation centre on the theme of the guild. In the basement of vaulted halls hosts temporary exhibitions, various cultural and educational events (workshops, conferences…).
