Arusha, Tanzania, is often regarded as a simple starting point for safaris in the north of the country. However, the city has much to offer in its own right. Finally, the city is the ideal starting point for safaris to destinations such as the Ngorongoro Crater, the Serengeti and Lake Manyara. Arusha is much more than just a gateway to other destinations, it's worth exploring in its own right.
