On April 15, the program "Échappées Belles" had chosen to present the beauty, kindness and culture of the Mayotte archipelago on France 5. A few months ago a whole team came to make this documentary with a very precise summary in mind: discovery of the lagoon and its secrets, the Mahoran culture and its traditions. It shows the important place of women and the customs of this beautiful department. A glimpse also of the Barge with the smile of Jérôme Pitorin and of course the good mood of the Mahorais. The beauty of the place and the people is present from the beginning to the end of the show, to be seen and even to be seen again!
