This fair showcases a typical Catalan sausage from La Garriga. On this occasion, stands for tasting and sale of local products are set up in the historic centre (artisan cheeses, home-made cold meats and other typical products such as the Mongeta del Ganxet). There is a series of activities throughout the event (conferences, workshops, children's activities, farm visits, concerts, etc.).
