Family-run spa hotel offering tastefully decorated rooms, some with access to a small private pool

This family-run hotel is the ideal enclave to experience the region in a gentle way. You will be seduced by the carefully decorated rooms, some of which have a small private pool. The spa is highly recommended, with its thermal baths, waterfall, solarium, not to mention its treatments, practiced by very competent professionals. The sublime landscapes of the region can be admired from the rooftop pool (open from May to October). The breakfast offers a nice variety of fresh and local products and a hot dish.

I've been staying at this hotel 2 years ago for at least a couple of times. Nice spa however rooms were very cold and staff not always at a level of a 5 star hotels. Last week I've called the hotel directly as I wanted to organize an event. I wish I could have rated this hotel less than zero for such unprofessional manner. I've called and they asked me to send an email without even listening too much. After 5 emails and at least 6 or 7 calls we were not able to get a quotation... so poor! At least they could have said that they were no interested or at least be polite to answer. Is this a 5 stars from Marriott chain? Never again

Es war ausgezeichnet, vom Personal und dem Essen bis zu den Zimmern und der Spa. Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man für ein paar Tage abschalten will und sich entspannen will.
