How could we not devote a few days to paying tribute to the richness of Barbadian cuisine and its liquid gold, rum? Chefs from here and abroad, mixologists and, of course, gourmands, meet for cooking and cocktail demonstrations, tastings, gala dinners and, of course, the famous " Rum Route ", which takes enthusiasts on a journey that includes visits to distilleries, participation in workshops and discovery of rum-shop culture. Epicureans at heart, this is an event not to be missed.
