For a young and casual clientele, The Promo To was renovated in March 2006 at the Place du Port du Port. With its large veranda opening onto the harbour, it has 140 seats and a fast and warm service. Its cuisine is international with a skilfully marrying French and Italian cuisine: chestnut ravioli and black truffles, cappellittis in soup, lobster gnocchis, Milanese À, Saint-Jacques to Provence, bream, turbot, T. bone, lamb. The wine list is incredible. Almost 300 references - 80% of which are Italian - are presented to enhance each dish or simply to accompany it.
