Vanessa and Stefano took the place of Terry. Stefano, biker, invites all motorcycle enthusiasts to visit him. Busciun - meaning "the stopper" in Italian - is a picturesque establishment located at the entrance to the small village of Castel Vittorio. Local cuisine with local products, the unique menu changes according to the seasons. One of the main specialities of the house is the famous Turtun, the traditional dish of Castel Vittorio: it is a kind of pie pie composed of wild herbs, spinach, zucchini; in summer, a festival is even devoted to it! The menu is very rich, only the big eaters come to the end! Everything is excellent: house ravioli, soup with mushroom sauce, boar, rabbit, snails. A stop to remember during your Italian getaway.
