When to go Florida ?
Florida, thanks to its 240 days of sunshine per year, can be visited at any time, provided that you know the specifics of its weather. Summer is very hot and humid, punctuated by tropical showers, and in rarer cases hurricanes. Winter and spring are particularly pleasant in terms of climate, but they are also the most popular seasons for tourists, and therefore the most expensive. But we reassure you: there is no lack of activities, whatever the weather.
Heat and humidity are the two constants of Florida's subtropical climate. Temperatures remain mild, ranging from 12°C (minimum in the North) in winter, to 35°C in the South in summer. In summer and early fall, Florida is prone to hurricanes. This is the low tourist season, the high season being in winter. The water temperature is pleasant throughout the year.
