The Anjouin cheese factory was 50 years old in 2013. Here we turn the raw goat milk. The speciality of the house - and this is normal given the region - is the goat cheese with 3 AOC manufactured. Here you can buy Southern-Saint-Pierre, Selles-sur-Cher and Des… The moulding is carried out by hand, with employees working at the cheese factory. Certifiée Fromagerie has been awarded the Word Cheese Award twice the Word Cheese Award, a Inernationale recognition. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
