PÂTISSERIE MICHEL KREMER
Michel Kremer has succeeded in perfectly combining traditional craftsmanship and traditional rigour. He used traditional recipes to create a range of frozen pastries called gourmet pastries. Since 2012, Pâtisserie Michel Kremer has seen part of its production of soft biscuits to share and individual cakes labelled Origine France Garantie.
History. In 1994, Michel Kremer made his dream come true: combining pastry making know-how and industrial expertise to create unforgettable delicacies in the French tradition. He works in collaboration with the starred chef Thierry Marx to innovate in the elaboration of his recipes, and guarantee the excellence of his products. This pastry shop also brings to life the orders of its customers, whether they are artisan bakers, members of the restaurant and hotel trade, or caterers. In September 2018, the Argentinean company specialising in pastry joined the Mademoiselle Desserts group, the European leader in frozen pastry.
The products. The choux pastry, melting, light and fleshy, is a perfect example of Michel Kremer's rigour. In the form of choux pastry, filled with vanilla, chocolate or coffee, it is always as regular throughout the year. The company also excels in the great classics of biscuits: madeleines, financiers, coconut rocks, sandpaper and almond tiles. Its range also includes cakes (soft, cakes or pies), or individual desserts (brownies, flowing hearts...), and sweet treats (mini-madeleines, mini-financiers, macaroons...).
Employment. Gradually expanded and modernized, the company founded in 1994 employs more than 250 people and has a turnover of nearly 40 million euros.
