The farm offers direct sale of its goat cheeses - 6 different maturation. You will discover the goat cheeses AOC Valençay and Stool-sur-Cher products in the heart of the farm. Small and large will appreciate the visit of the chèvrerie with no fewer than 240 goats. The farm evolves with respect for "reasonable" agriculture and retains traditional methods with regard to the feeding of its herds and the manufacture of its products. It provides many Parisian tables. What a pleasure to return to the source!
