Before opening L'Atelier des Envies, Nelly Vossier travelled extensively in France and England to train with prestigious institutions. She brought back top-quality chocolates and pastries, made from selected local products wherever possible.
For her, there's no question of superfluity: it's all about getting straight to the point with beautiful creations, but above all, taste! Her patisserie is also an opportunity to defend values such as eco-responsibility, the transmission of French know-how, and female entrepreneurship.
