Since 1930, the Vigean family has been cultivating the art of making oil! The know-how of a Master Oiler Craftsman has been passed down from father to son for three generations. The family business has invested in offering artisanal oils, produced with respect for the environment. For Philippe and Eric Vigean, oil, like good wine, is judged by its flavour in the mouth and the reflections of its colour. Open on Saturdays from 8am to 12pm and from 1.30pm to 5.30pm. Saturday closing at 5:30 pm. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Owner's Message
Founded by André Vigean, the eponymous oil mill is a family-run business that has been producing its products for over 90 years, with the same passion and exacting standards.
L'huilerie Vigean has been committed to organic production since 1970, and has been awarded numerous distinctions for the excellence of its know-how, including the EPV Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant label in 2012 and the "Collège Culinaire de France" label in 2015.
For 3 generations, L'huilerie Vigean has been making gourmet oils the old-fashioned way, using artisanal production methods that are still used today: stone-grinding and cooking in a cauldron. The family business is also widely recognized for the quality of its first cold-pressed oils, which preserve the specific taste properties and dietary and nutritional values of the fruits and seeds. Health and taste are thus preserved. These oils meet the recommendations of nutritionists and the new expectations of consumers.
By respecting traditional methods, Maison Vigean has preserved its reputation as an innovative producer of exceptional quality oils.

Huile d'olive bio vierge extra France
Made in the heart of Provence, fruity oil from France is composed of green olives selected for their taste and organoleptic characteristics. The presence of antioxidants is a protective factor that reinforces the effectiveness of vitamin E. 25cl bottle.
