Gaec Tisserand is a farm specializing in the production of kirsch brandy. This family-run operation perpetuates ancestral know-how and has won numerous gold medals at the Salon de l'Agriculture. In addition to kirsch, they also distill other eaux-de-vie such as mirabelle plum, Williams pear and Dama plum, as well as an aperitif called "perle noire". Gaec Tisserand's products are available for sale at the farm, in local shops and by mail order. Visitors can explore the farm and taste the various eaux-de-vie on offer, free of charge.
