Here, we produce of course Gargilesse, hearts of Indre, small goats for the aperitif - the apérobiques (registered trademark) - but also brown or blond Qéops, lingots, p'tits rondins or rustic white cheeses. The cheeses are moulded, salted with white or ashy salt and matured in the cheese dairy's ripening room according to EC standards. Odile and Sébastien Floury welcome you to discover these different farmhouse goat cheeses.
