For nearly 30 years, Noiseraie Productions has developed a unique expertise in the development of hazelnut-based products.
History. Originally, there was a family farm in the heart of France that was passed down from generation to generation. A pioneering crop in the region, hazelnuts inspire major projects. Concerned about enhancing the value of its agricultural production, the company is engaged in a processing activity. This is how Noiseraie Productions was created in 1996. Two years later, the company launched the range of pralines for professional pastry chefs, chocolate makers and ice-cream makers. In 2003, it was the turn of organic spreads, which doubled their range in 2012 and offered new and unique flavours (Coconut, for example). In 2013, Noiseraie Productions was taken over by Sofalip-Perlamande, a company headed by François Rochet. The almond specialist and the hazelnut specialist have finally come together, for the delight of the most gourmands....
The products. Pralines, spreads.... For Noiseraie Productions, organic production is a commitment. Thus, the latter are not only organic but also vegan so as not to deprive anyone.
