Claire Evano makes organic pastries, certified by Ecocert. You will find her delicious hazelnut crunchies at farmers' markets, organic markets and Christmas markets. She also makes delicious triangular-shaped financiers with many flavours (vanilla, candied orange, chocolate chips, lemon, orange blossom...), but also walnut tarts and several other kinds of small cakes, all as appetizing as each other. Various stalls around.
