Patrick Blanchet's butchery is one of the best in the south of Indre. We're dealing with a passionate artisan who tastes like a product and knows how to treat it. As much of its meat is eaten as it is with its potato or its cupboards (shouting, pâté, bousy). Here, everything is done home and the boss will tell you about the animals and finished products. Patrick Blanchet has created a local product area where he offers local wines and preserves.
