Christophe Chaussé is the son and grandson of miller. This is the last of the millers of the Indre. In the great tradition, it produces high quality flour from a single variety of wheat without any addition, Camprémy, for the pleasure of the lovers of good bread. It also offers preparations to make cannons or home macarons. You will discover more or less complete wheat flour, but also flour, buckwheat, chestnut, cereals… New: preparations to make a specculobone or spice bread. Products are available at the mill, but also in small local supermarkets.
