At the farm of the Black Supreme, Magda Auger raises black hens from Berry. This ancient species, known by George Sand, was fortunately honored a few years ago. Since 2004, she has even had his club, which has its seat in Saint-August (well known for its poultry market). This shrub hen is very popular with restaurateurs. It is also found in the volaillers. It comes from chicks carefully selected and raised for at least 150 days, on a grass route. Magda Auger sells them on the farm by appointment and on the markets (in Argenton-sur-Creuse on Saturday morning). His farm received the label "Welcome to the Farm".
