At the Rucher de Saint-Gilles, Caroline Gauthier produces high quality organic honey, royal jelly, propolis as well as gingerbread and cakes, vinegar and even mustards (with gingerbread or honey). The products are sold at the beekeeping farm, at farmers' markets and in several organic shops (Biocoop in Châteauroux, la Maison du Coin in Eguzon, La Vie Claire in Le Blanc, Force Santé in Argenton-sur-Creuse).
