Château and cellars dating from 1856. A vineyard of about thirty hectares. An exceptional terroir, a skilful blend of tradition and modern technology enabling Marielle Henrion, the owner and Champagne oenologist, to develop two traditional methods, one pure Chenin, all elegance, the other very aromatic, combining the power of Chardonnay with the finesse of Chenin. The same demand for quality gives rise to its AOC dry, sweet or mellow wines. Possibility of visits, tastings, stay at the château de l'Aulée in the gîte.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés par hasard, attirés par ce beau domaine, et nous avions peur de tomber sur une cave très touristique (c'était notre toute première cave) mais l'accueil fut des plus chaleureux et les conseils très professionnels ! Nous avons eu droit à la projection d'un film sur la production du vin au sous-sol puis à une dégustation accompagnée de précieux conseils dans un cadre authentique. Le crémant est très bon, le vin rouge "vieilles vignes" également.
