- Le petit déjeuner n’offre presque aucun choix
- Absolument pas adapté aux personnes PMR ce qu’ils ne mentionnent pas correctement sur leur site (une simple mention « nos chambres ne sont pas accessibles PMR » en petit en bas de la page). NON, c’est l’hôtel ENTIER qui n’est pas adapté (accès rue, ascenseur…)
- Un des réceptionnistes a été tellement désagréable que nous avons presque voulu annuler notre séjour à cause de son service. Il nous a même appelé la veille pour savoir pourquoi nous n’avions pas annulé !
L’hôtel est bien si vous voulez juste un endroit pour dormir.
Assez cher pour ce que cet hôtel propose (juste de belles chambres).
When we arrived, the guy working in the reception was super friendly and helpful. Told us where to park and gave great recommendations for breakfast place the next morning. Also for dinner he recommended us restaurants. We had breakfast out one day and one day at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was also good.
If we visit Orleans again we will definitely stay at this hotel again. I can highly recommend it.
