Très déçue par le service lors d une fête d anniversaire, on a enlevé l assiette de gâteau de la personne à qui on le fêtait sans lui demander son avis.
Et il n a même pas été proposé de la remplacer.
Décidément les compétences et le sens commercial se perd et c est vraiment dommage
