Le menu Gourmandise m'aura séduite, une entrée surprenante qui associait faisselle de chèvre et betteraves, puis une pièce de boeuf tendre et parfaitement cuite. Mes amies ont pris le poisson du jour parfaitement cuit et le poulet à la cardamone, surprenant!
