In a restful setting and a refined decoration (Venetian masks, warm colours, voiles, flowers), with its large terrace overlooking the back of the castle in summer, the Duke of Guise offers some specialities that have become unavoidable. Desserts are home-made, as is Chantilly. The four menus offered will satisfy all the stock exchanges and appetites. The kitchen is delicious.

Superb setting does not do all. Dine yesterday evening, 2 pizzas and 1 water BT for 50€, a bit expensive, not? And what is served does not correspond to the menu: pizza with salmon asked without olives, result: served with olives and very seasoned salad; I that I asked without olives, I add that I do not want a salad, pizza is returned...and makes with salad and Parmesan shavings everywhere (I do not like Parmesan).

very beautiful terrace overlooking site louis XII but prime rib 1 1/3 of grasse, too, cooked calcinings contour of pizza carbonized. Total indifference staff to our departure, no " if you want something else? " or " if you have to eat? " or " " goodbye;. To book to tourists.
