Restaurant for an unforgettable journey between France and Japan with fresh and local products
The union between a native of Mayenne, Anthony and his partner Fumiko was as unlikely as the one of their kitchens is successful. Anthony trained in many starred restaurants and it is in one of them that he met Fumiko, passionate about pastry. This is how Japanese elegance was married to French gastronomy. Each plate becomes a work of art, first for the eyes and then for the taste buds until the dessert concocted by Fumiko who will make you discover that diet does not rhyme with greed.

Le repas, le tempo du service et les découvertes gustatives...
(Le trio de foie gras nous a manqué cette fois ci ????, on sera obligé de revenir..)
La présentation est superbe et créative. Le service est efficace et agréable. La carte des vins pourra satisfaire tous les goûts (près de 1000 références...). Soirée inoubliable.
Si vraiment il fallait reprocher quelque chose ce serait la devanture qui n'est pas très attractive, mais bon on y va pour manger et pas regarder l'enseigne :)
