Restaurant for an unforgettable journey between France and Japan with fresh and local products
The union between a native of Mayenne, Anthony and his partner Fumiko was as unlikely as the one of their kitchens is successful. Anthony trained in many starred restaurants and it is in one of them that he met Fumiko, passionate about pastry. This is how Japanese elegance was married to French gastronomy. Each plate becomes a work of art, first for the eyes and then for the taste buds until the dessert concocted by Fumiko who will make you discover that diet does not rhyme with greed.

Le service est impeccable et explications efficaces et détaillées sans exagération.
La décoration du restaurant est sobre avec du bois et de grands baies vitrées qui donnent sur la Loire. Mais cette configuration de salle, avec un très haut plafond rend le niveau sonore un peu élevé. Ce qui a été notre cas car ce soit là, il y avait plusieurs tables avec plusieurs convives.
L’accord mets/vins sublime l’expérience gustative mais il faudra accepter d’y mettre le prix.
