The union between a native of Mayenne, Anthony and his partner Fumiko was as unlikely as the one of their kitchens is successful. Anthony trained in many starred restaurants and it is in one of them that he met Fumiko, passionate about pastry. This is how Japanese elegance was married to French gastronomy.
