Restaurant for an unforgettable journey between France and Japan with fresh and local products

The union between a native of Mayenne, Anthony and his partner Fumiko was as unlikely as the one of their kitchens is successful. Anthony trained in many starred restaurants and it is in one of them that he met Fumiko, passionate about pastry. This is how Japanese elegance was married to French gastronomy. Each plate becomes a work of art, first for the eyes and then for the taste buds until the dessert concocted by Fumiko who will make you discover that diet does not rhyme with greed.

It is the absolute best meal that I have ever had in a restaurant. They deserve more than one Michelin star. Excellent service and the food out of this world. Creative yet not intimidating

This place accepted what I thought was a reservation just a few hours before the intended meal. But it was a waiting list (the reply was in French, and there was no evidence during booking that this was so).

Whoever heard of something like this? It's an insult, and it deserves the review I have given it.

Un restaurant étoilé Michelin qui ne change pas les verres entre les vins n'en ai pas un.

Un restaurant qui ne respecte pas les conditions de la réservations (demande acceptée d'une table prêt de la fenêtre donnant sur la Loire) ne mérite même pas une étoile Google.

Ces critiques concernent le service en salle qui n'est pas à la hauteur des plats servis.
