In the hustle and bustle of the city, here is a small haven of peace located in the heart of old Blois near the church of Saint-Nicolas. The atmosphere is calm and the background music is relaxing. At the table, if the products are traditional like veal, salmon or snails, their preparation is full of inventiveness like these frog acras with sweet garlic cream. Other tempting combinations include cod with shellfish and chorizo or roasted wild boar chops with tonka bean sauce. We tested both
Starters were really good with a special shoutout to the leeks soup with lentils ! Goat cheese was really nice as well
Fish and chicken dishes were really good with fresh ingredients and very well cooked
Unfortunately deserts weren’t tasty at all and we left them nearly untouched
Service was fast and nice
