After practicing his art in some of Paris's top establishments, chef Thibaud Renard has taken over the restaurant where he started out. Here, he prepares top-flight home cooking, choosing to reduce the menu to offer only the freshest produce, which he knows how to bring out all their flavours in dishes that are as good as they are beautiful. His attention to detail is even reflected in the fact that you can choose between 3 sparkling waters.

Boeuf angus très bon, tendre et goûteux ; les pleurotes également.
Le mi-cuit chocolat délicieux avec ses noix de pecan.
Juste petit bémol sur la salade de fruits décevante : trop glacée ce qui dénaturait le goût des fruits et la glace aux marrons avait peu de saveur. Dommage.
Une cuisine de saison et des produits frais, un accueil simple et chaleureux.
