On the banks of the Loire, behind a shady shop window, lies a very fine address to be discovered without fail. After practicing his art in some of Paris's top establishments, chef Thibaud Renard has taken over the restaurant where he started out. Here, he prepares top-flight home cooking, choosing to reduce the menu to offer only the freshest produce, which he knows how to bring out all their flavours in dishes that are as good as they are beautiful. His attention to detail is even reflected in the fact that you can choose between 3 sparkling waters.

C'est très bien cuisiner et la carte des vins est bien complète pour accompagner les mets.
Super service.
Nous avions demandé des cafés allongés, ceux qui nous ont été servis l'étaient certes dans une grande tasse mais il nous a fallu demander de l'eau chaude pour compléter. Dans un établissement tel que celui ci, le pot d'eau chaude aurait du être servi d'office avec un café allongé. Pour compléter le tableau le petit sablé d'accompagnement était très loin d'être frais.
En prime deux chiens de clients loin d'être discrets nous ont donné l'impression de déjeuner à la SPA
