After practicing his art in some of Paris's top establishments, chef Thibaud Renard has taken over the restaurant where he started out. Here, he prepares top-flight home cooking, choosing to reduce the menu to offer only the freshest produce, which he knows how to bring out all their flavours in dishes that are as good as they are beautiful. His attention to detail is even reflected in the fact that you can choose between 3 sparkling waters.

Nous avons commandé un cappuccino de potimarron en entrée, de la dorade Royale en plat et mi-cuit au chocolat. Un vrai régal !
