After practicing his art in some of Paris's top establishments, chef Thibaud Renard has taken over the restaurant where he started out. Here, he prepares top-flight home cooking, choosing to reduce the menu to offer only the freshest produce, which he knows how to bring out all their flavours in dishes that are as good as they are beautiful.
