Every little detail here is taken care of, they don’t miss a single thing. Perfect stay - nothing to improve and we will be back when travelling down to Spain with the pooch! Look forward to it!

Très belle chambre, mais malheureusement le service n'est pas à la hauteur du lieu.
Room service intrusif, rentre dans la chambre sans y être invité ????
Petit déjeuner deceptif oeuf et bacon froid, c'était mieux dans le business hôtel cette semaine...hors c'est pas ce qu'on vient chercher ici...
Demander du poulet à la place du bacon semble une montagne, il finira par arriver 10 mn après les oeufs ...
Avoir un double expresso demande beaucoup d'effort également d'ailleurs je l'attends toujours.
Au prix il faut pas exagérer...

This new (less than 2 years old) hotel is wonderful!
From the moment that you arrive on the property, you’re treated like royalty.
The valet staff came outside to park our car and collect our suitcases, which was very posh. They took excellent care of our car and our personal belongings.
The front desk staff are extremely friendly. After checking in, she walked us to our room and explained all the room details such as the lighting and mini bar. She also gave us directions for the spa. She is very sweet.
We picked the duplex apartment with Riverview. It’s a perfect two-story with gorgeous views of the river on both levels. The bed is very comfortable, and the bathrobe and slippers are a nice touch.
To get to the breakfast room you unfortunately have to walk outside. We were unprepared for this and it was drizzling rain. Once we were inside the breakfast area our grumpiness went away. The breakfast was fantastic! Very fresh and flavorful. There’s a large variety of smoked fish, meat and cheese. There’s fruit, yogurts, nuts, cereals and wonderful pastries. My favorite is the chocolate almond croissant. They even made scrambled eggs for me with cheese and spinach, which was very good. And, the staff are also very friendly and speak perfect English.
We reserve the indoor lap pool after breakfast. The pool is beautiful and the perfect temperature. We really enjoyed swimming laps and relaxing.
For lunch we treated ourselves to the two star Michelin restaurant called Christopher Hay. It was literally the best meal we have ever had. Monsieur Hay greeted us to introduced himself and asked if we had any questions. He’s very friendly and his English is perfect. We opted for the six courses with wine pairing. After our meal, manager Stephen was kind enough to show us the garden where I miss your hair grows most of his ingredients. It’s nice to know that the meal is so organic.
We highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel. If we are in the area in the future, we will for sure stay at this fabulous hotel.

This one is tough. I don't know if it was the time of year, but the service was lacking throughout our entire stay. It was almost like everyone was new and didn't really know what they should be doing. We waited for 45 minutes at the bar to get a drink, I requested an iron in my room and didn't get it until 36 hours later. The room, although spacious, was lacking basic needs - storage space for clothes, a see-though coat closet where the safe was, a tub that was located in a space with low ceilings, etc... The SPA however was wonderful. We will probably try a new place if and when we come back.
