At the bottom of Rue Porte Chartraine, the largest bookstore in the city of Blois, set up on three complete levels with spiral staircases (no doubt in homage to the region!) in a setting conducive to reading, offers a very complete range: new releases, textbooks, novels, scientific books, cookbooks... can be found there without difficulty. It is possible to order what is not available in the store, so don't hesitate to ask the bookseller for advice. The stationery and tourism departments are also amply supplied.
