The Gouyates are full of energy and ideas! As managers of the Le Bugue wine bar, they are taking over the establishment with great energy. In addition to the classic wine cellar business, Virginie and Dominique want to offer a range of snacks in the form of gourmet boards, tartines and salads. The ingredients to be tasted are 100% local and the wines 70% sourced. Dominique, a lover of the Domaine de Château Mondoyen, which is the establishment's benchmark, is the only one to offer this wine in Le Bugue.
