Atypical restaurant with an inventive chef who invites you to explore elegant dishes in the most natural way possible, accompanied by the wines on offer.
Inside and out, the restaurant's atypical architecture is already an invitation to an astonishing journey, which is extended to your plate by the will of an inventive chef. Guillaume Foucault and his wife Quy Phi invite you to explore the flavors of sustainable gastronomy, with dishes that are as natural as possible and presented with great elegance. These refined dishes, made from carefully selected ingredients, are designed to be paired with Quy Phi's wines to create an unforgettable experience.
