The rooms are of a very high standard. The restaurant, a real thatched cottage of the future, welcomes gourmets in an amazing setting. They will be able to taste a cuisine elaborated by the chef Guillaume Foucault whose will is to present natural products with the least possible transformations to create exceptional dishes.

New, modern design hotel with gardens and a great duck and frog pond near the restaurant; surrounded by fields and close to the park. Helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. The bed was large and comfortable, but it was surrounded by wall on 3 sides, making it very difficult to get in and out of bed for anyone with limited flexibility or mobility.

Cet hôtel restaurant imaginé par Patrick Bouchain est une réussite, le lieu est superbe et accueillant, sans chichi, avec de belles surprises, la mare, les terrasses ,ses arrangements végétaux, les chambres et la grande halle du délicieux restaurant.
Le tout à 300m de l'entrée du domaine de Chaumont.
L'accord parfait.

Déception,l hôtel est bien situé dans un joli jardin ,mais les chambres sont décevantes
Accès par un escalier de meunier ! Pratique avec une valise ,assez jolies mais sans charme
Pas une photo au mur! Un accueil minimal ,petit déjeuner médiocre,pas même une viennoiserie le premier matin
Nous avons été délogé de notre place de parking,pour céder la place à un club d Aston Martin
Mauvais rapport rapport qualité / prix nous ne reviendrons pas
