DOMAINE DE L'AUMONIER
Sophie and Thierry Thistle founded the Domaine de l'Aumonier, which is named after Sophie's grandparents. With an area of 47 hectares currently, 26 hectares are located on Côteaux côteaux on budgies soil (clay in silex), with a part on gisements deposits, 21 hectares extending on the municipality of Sur on aubuis (clay-calcareous) soils. The Rosé Rosé, made based on a selection of the drop juice and the first presses, cabernet franc and gamay presses, exhibits a crystal clear robe with rosy reflections with a beautiful eye colour. The nose brings aromas of rose, mango and candied fruits, the mouth attack is supple and very fresh. The peppermint finale gently withdraws without glare. A nice fruity and refreshing wine, from a assemblage of several varieties, the fine Bulle bubble of Touraine, completes the range of the rosés.
