After a stint at one of Blois' finest addresses, Emmanuel Béa decided to strike out on his own, taking over this attractive restaurant located on the beautiful square lining the road between Romorantin and Blois. In this pleasant setting, surrounded by attentive staff, the chef prepares tasty cuisine and, while he favors local, seasonal produce such as asparagus, he doesn't hesitate to marry it with Iberian ham to introduce gourmets to new combinations of flavors. A great place to discover.

Plus à la carte d après les dires du serveur, manque de chance je suis sommelier….
Café servit en même temps que le dessert sans que cela n’est été précisé etc….
