The Clos de l'atelier is the shop of wine growers who cultivate white, red and rosé wines of the controlled appellation of origin Cheverny and white wines of the Court-Cheverny appellation, as well as of the Crémants de Loire. To accompany their wines, they also market quality agricultural products. In addition to goat cheese, poultry, game, vegetables and honey, they sell duck products produced by Sylvain Javoy in Sainte-Mondane (24), including délicats livers, liver foams and whole duck livers in pots… To discover!
