Coming from Cerdon, Hélène Tubach and Sandrine Martinez followed the canal all the way to its terminus, landing at the edge of the basin where this structure designed by Napoléon III was completed. In this pleasant, beautifully renovated house, they have preserved the very essence of their identity: a charming welcome and efficient, attentive service. And, of course, home-cooked cuisine, with perfectly mastered cooking and flavors, made with quality produce. An attractive menu that changes weekly according to season and inspiration.
