Jean-François Mérieau has worked for a number of prestigious houses, and even spent time in South Africa before taking over the family domaine. The wines are aged in cellars dug into the tufa rock of the hillside. The vines are grown in a sustainable way, and some varieties are harvested by hand. Taste the golden Bulles de Génie or the rare Siècle Georgina, a sweet white wine produced only in favorable years. The estate is home to works by artists chosen with the same care as the wines themselves.
