At the foot of the church, in a neoclassical style unusual in Sologne, this little country inn is a fine place to dine. The welcome is charming and the service attentive and efficient. These positive impressions are reflected in the dishes concocted by chef Pascale Duez, who favors homemade products such as foie gras and salmon, which she smokes herself, and seasonal produce such as mushrooms. Having worked at some of the region's top restaurants, her cuisine is fair and tasty, with generous portions.
