This th century building is one of the few Églises churches to possess a narthex. Each Christmas celebrates the midnight mass with offering of the lamb, two plaques commemorate two major events in the history of the village: Neung-sur-Beuvron is known to be the Roman agglomeration of Noviodunum Biturigum, mentioned by Julius Caesar in the "War of Saplings", where the resistance of the population and Vercingétorix in -52 B.C. Jeanne d'Arc would also be passed by the village after liberation of Orleans, on Tuesday, June 7, 1429 in the evening.
