In this family, the winemaking tradition has spanned many generations. You'll visit the estate in the company of Dominique Girault, who will explain the specific characteristics of his AOC Touraine and AOC Touraine Chenonceaux wines, produced using integrated farming methods on sandy soils with flint or clay-limestone, which give them their character. The estate can welcome groups of up to 100 people (by appointment) for a tasting accompanied by cheese or other local specialties. Tours are available in English.
